My American freezer was making such a loud noise it would stop and start throughout the day and night and got louder and louder..my appliance wasn’t insured. Contacted NAC and they sent out an engineer the very next day. Jo arrived on time diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away..he told me I didn’t need a part for the freezer some ice was getting stuck in the back of the fan. Jo opened the freezer panel and showed me the problem and rectified it straight away.. After days of loud noises coming from the freezer it was a very small price to pay to fix the problem as I really didn’t want to buy another freezer. Jo was extremely understanding helpful and very prompt in his service especially when I told him my son has sensory issues and because of the noise my son wouldn’t come downstairs in to the kitchen..I am very impressed with this service.. Highly highly recommend!!!!

Right through from booking my appointment to the repair being completed, I couldn’t fault the service at all. The lady I spoke to initially was really helpful and got me booked in quickly, explaining the process really well. I receive a text from the engineer the evening before my appointment to let me know an expected arrival time. During my appointment he was polite and friendly and worked cleanly. He needed to order some parts and make a return visit, which again was a smooth process. Overall I’m really pleased with my whole experience, it was a smooth and professional service, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
